Can be empty space sacral?

... What is sacred space? What preceded him? When does it arise? Why is it created? Wouldn't it be enough just to "stop" and the nature of the space itself would change? The first natural spiritual places were deserts and caves. Places not architectonized. The basic factor is loneliness. The desert with its nothingness, infinity and horizontality and the cave with its form of "wall / wall / shelter" and an opening to the sky.
Elements such as circles, columns, arches, walls arise and preach to us as a space to live. For me, it is a strongly ascetic architecture. Architecture of gloom and silence. My paintings of sacral spaces work with a heavy sense of smallness by reference to ‘’ endless horizontality of the desert ’, verticality of columns, walls as a cover, but at the same time I add something human, predatory, sensual in the form of clutter like smirk, defiance and pride.
